re webinar
For the past 3 weeks i have not been able to connect to your webinars on Wednesdays or Thursdays. I have tried connecting via my internet service and also by phone and the phone one only tells me the webinar will begin shortly however i am left waiting for 15-20 minutes with no connection and i cannot connect via my computer either. I have pointed this out many times to the customer service representatives and although i am loggin in before 5pm EST and calling before nothing happens.
Please advise.. Thanks
